Contemporary design developments: a profitable market segment

Tens of thousands of homes were built in Marbella during the real estate boom of the late 90's - mostly using generic 'semi-andalucian' architecture and poorly skilled labour.

Then, around 2005, the market started slowing down, and little if anything was built.

The result: a huge supply of outdated, poorly built houses that are offered as 'luxury homes' but really are not up to modern standards; neither in terms of architecture nor comfort, quality and finish.

Because so few quality homes have been built over the last 10 years, there now is a huge shortage of well designed homes and developments in Marbella. And that's what we'd like you to exploit!
